Our process
We’ve built a clear, structured process to take your project from an initial idea to a finished space. Our goal is simple: communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver a high-quality result from start to finish.
step 1: initial conversation
Every project starts with a conversation.
We’ll talk through your goals, your space, and the overall vision. You can bring plans, photos, or just ideas - we will bring 20+ years of experience and expertise to help your project come to life.
step 2: estimate
Once we understand the vision, we provide a project estimate.
This is based on all the information we’ve gathered: plans, measurements, and overall project direction. The estimate defined the expected scope, budget range, and next steps.
Step 3: Site measure & evaluation
A custom project starts with precise measurements.
We prefer to measure the space ourselves to ensure everything is exact and to identify any potential challenges early. This sets the foundation for a smooth project.
Step 4: Design & Development
We move into detailed design only after the estimate is approved or a design service is requested for a fee based on the size of the process.
At this stage:
Layouts are finalized.
Details are refined.
Materials and finishes are selected.
This step ensures everything is fully thought through before building begins.
Step 5: final approval
Before production begins, all details are reviewed and approved.
This includes:
Final drawings
Materials and finishes
Project scope and pricing
Once everything is signed off, we move forward with a contract and deposit.
Step 6:
As soon as the project is approved, we schedule installation early in the process so timelines are clear from the start.
Your cabinetry is then built in-house by our team.
Our typical production timeline is 6-8 weeks from final approval, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Step 7: Delivery & Installation options
We offer multiple ways to work with us depending on your needs:
Full Service (Delivery & Installation): Our team handles everything from delivery through final install.
Cabinet-Only: We build your cabinetry and coordinate delivery for your builder or installer to install.
Parts & Components for Shops: We supply machined cabinet parts and components for other professionals and shops.
All products are built to the same standards, regardless of the level or service.
SAStep 8: Final Walkthrough
For full-service projects, we complete a final walkthrough after installation.
We handle any final adjustments and make sure everything meets expectations before closing out the project.
